## Short answer

**Can Claude Cowork turn the questions from my webinar into short Threads posts?**

Yes. Claude Cowork reads the question list and the transcript you share, finds the questions asked most, writes a post within 500 characters for each from your own answer, and saves drafts through Tareno. Participants' names are removed first. A person checks the wording, and approval happens in Tareno.

After a webinar the coach is left with the best content she will produce all month: real questions from real people and her own spoken answers. It sits in a transcript nobody rereads. Threads is made for short answers to real questions, so the transformation is natural, if tedious: find the questions asked most, pull out what she actually said and cut it to a post. Claude Cowork works on shared files, which is what a transcript and a question list are. This page follows a career coach through the day after a webinar, with the privacy step on participants and the rule that a post must say what she said and no more.

## Example: a career coach turns a salary-negotiation webinar into posts

Imagine a coach who ran a webinar on salary negotiation with eighty attendees. She shares the exported question list and the transcript in a Cowork task, after removing attendee names. Cowork groups the forty-one questions into themes and finds that twelve concern when to name a number first. It locates her spoken answer in the transcript, quotes the relevant two sentences with their timestamp, and writes a 380-character post that says the same. Cowork saves six posts like this through `create_drafts` for her Threads profile. She reads each against the transcript and requests one slot a day.

## Step by step

1. **Remove participant names.** Strip names and employer details from the question list before you share it. Questions are useful without the people who asked them.
2. **Share the list, the transcript and your preferences.** Put the questions, the transcript and a short note on your tone into one Cowork task. A transcript with timestamps lets you check every post against what was said.
3. **Group the questions.** Ask for themes with the number of questions in each, so the posts answer what most people asked. A question asked once is a story, not a post.
4. **Pull your own answer.** For each chosen theme Cowork finds where you answered it and quotes the relevant sentences with timestamps. The post must say what you said, not what a coach in general would say.
5. **Write posts within 500 characters.** Request a post per theme that answers the question directly in your words. Threads limits text to 500 characters, and a good answer often needs far fewer.
6. **Save, request and approve.** Cowork confirms the profile with `list_accounts` and saves the posts through `create_drafts`. Give days, times and an IANA time zone, and approve each request in the Tareno dashboard.

## Prompts to copy

### Group the questions

```text
Read the question list in the shared folder as groundwork for Tareno drafts and group the questions by theme. Give me the number of questions per theme and one anonymous example question for each. Tell me if any question still contains a name or employer I should remove, and do not write posts yet.
```

### Find my own answer

```text
For the three largest themes find where I answered them in the transcript and quote the one or two sentences that carry the answer, with timestamps. If I did not answer a theme clearly, say so instead of filling in a typical coaching answer.
```

### Write the posts

```text
Write one Threads post per theme within 500 characters that answers the question in my own words from those sentences. Do not add advice I did not give, avoid guarantees about salary outcomes and keep each post understandable without the webinar.
```

### Save the drafts

```text
Use Tareno to confirm my Threads profile [handle] and save the approved posts as drafts. Return a table with draft ID, theme and transcript timestamp, and request no times until I have read each post against the transcript.
```

## Threads in Tareno

- Threads limits text posts to 500 characters according to Meta's documentation, which suits a direct answer to one question and forces a coach to leave out the second and third nuance.
- Threads is a network where Tareno reads replies, so once the posts are live, Cowork can read the follow-up questions and feed the next batch.
- Links get an automatic preview on Threads in Tareno's configuration, so a post can point to the webinar recording if it is public.
- Meta's documentation counts emojis by UTF-8 bytes, which matters if your tone uses them.

Official rules ([Meta: Threads API, posts](https://developers.facebook.com/docs/threads/posts), checked 2026-10-24):

- A profile is limited to 250 API-published posts within 24 hours; a carousel counts as one post.
- Text posts are limited to 500 characters, and emojis count by their UTF-8 bytes, not as single characters.
- Carousels need 2 to 20 items. Single images may be JPEG or PNG up to 8 MB, and videos MOV or MP4 up to 5 minutes and 1 GB.

## Mistakes to avoid

- Sharing names with the transcript. Remove participants' identities before the task starts.
- Letting a post say more than you said. Check every post against the timestamp.
- Promising outcomes. Posts about salary should describe an approach, not a result.
- Posting six answers in one day. Spread them, so each one gets a chance to start a conversation.

## What does not work

- Claude Cowork cannot judge whether career advice suits an individual, so the coach reads every post against her own answer.
- It cannot post replies to the answers on Threads, because Tareno reads replies but has no tool that publishes one.
- It cannot publish a post on its own, since a time request becomes a post only after you approve it in the Tareno dashboard.

## Frequently asked questions

### Is it okay to use questions from participants?

Use the questions without the people. Remove names and employers before sharing the list, paraphrase if a question is distinctive, and consider telling participants in advance that anonymous questions may be used.

### How does Cowork stay faithful to what I said?

It finds your answer in the transcript, quotes the sentences with timestamps and writes from them. If you did not answer a theme, it says so. You still read every post against the transcript.

### How long should the answer posts be?

Threads allows 500 characters, counting emojis by bytes. Most answers need 250 to 400. A post that fits comfortably leaves room for the reader to reply, which is the point on this network.

### Can Cowork see the replies to the posts?

Yes. Tareno reads replies on Threads, so Cowork can group the follow-up questions and suggest the next themes. It cannot answer them; you reply in the app.

### Should I link the recording?

If it is public, yes. Links get an automatic preview on Threads in Tareno's configuration. A post that answers the question and points to the full discussion serves both quick readers and interested ones.

### Does anything go live without my approval?

No. A scheduling request becomes a pending action in Tareno, and Threads receives the post only after you approve it in the dashboard. `get_action_status` shows what happened afterwards.

## Tareno tools used

- `list_accounts`
- `create_drafts`
- `get_action_status`

Approval model: Tareno saves drafts directly. Scheduling, publishing, edits to scheduled posts and deletions become pending actions that a person approves in the Tareno dashboard; no agent can approve them.
