## Operations

- Get Accounts retrieves connected social media accounts.
- Publish Post publishes content immediately to a target platform.
- Schedule Post schedules content for future publishing with timezone support.
- Upload Media stores images or videos in the Tareno Media Library.
- Get Posts returns posts with status, platform, or limit filters.
- Delete Post removes a scheduled or draft post.

## Workflow Examples
