At Tareno, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of your data from our platform.

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: Through Facebook Settings

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings
  2. Navigate to "Apps and Websites"
  3. Find "Tareno" in your connected apps
  4. Click "Remove" - this will automatically trigger data deletion

Option 2: Contact Us Directly

Send an email to our data protection team:

privacy@tareno.app

Please include your registered email address and we will process your request within 30 days.

Option 3: Through Your Tareno Account

  1. Log in to your Tareno account
  2. Go to Settings → Privacy
  3. Click "Delete My Account"
  4. Confirm the deletion

What Data Will Be Deleted?

  • Your Tareno account and profile information
  • Connected social media account tokens
  • Scheduled and published posts
  • Analytics data associated with your account
  • Media files uploaded to our platform

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are typically processed within 24-48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
