Metrics that actually matter
Don't get lost in vanity metrics. Focus on the data that drives business growth.
Engagement Rate: The most important metric. We calculate this as (Total Interactions / Total Reach) * 100. A high engagement rate means your content is truly resonating with your audience.
Reach vs. Impressions:
- Reach: The number of unique people who saw your post.
- Impressions: The total number of times the post was shown (including people seeing it multiple times).
Top Performing Content: Our Analytics dashboard automatically identifies your "Viral Posts." Analyze why these worked—was it the format (Video vs. Image)? The time of day? The topic?
