Getting StartedInviting team members & Collaboration
Tareno is built for teams of all sizes, from small agencies to large enterprise marketing departments.
Invitation Process:
- Navigate to Settings > Team.
- Click on "Invite User".
- Enter their email address.
- Select a Workspace (if you have multiple).
- Choose a Permission Role.
Detailed Role Breakdown:
- Owner: Full control over billing, legal, and all workspaces. Only one per account.
- Admin: Can manage team members, connect/disconnect channels, and manage all content.
- Editor: Can create, edit, and schedule content. They cannot change billing or delete other team members.
- Viewer (Client): Ideal for external stakeholders. They can see the calendar and analytics but cannot make any changes.

Internal Notes: Use the "Notes" tab on any post to chat with your team. Tag a teammate with "@name" to send them a direct notification. This keeps the feedback loop directly attached to the content.
