Affiliate Program Terms
Effective version: 2026-07-22
These terms govern participation in the Tareno Affiliate Program and supplement the general Terms of Service. By applying, you accept the version recorded with your application.
The 30% rate below is the standard program rate. If your dashboard or a written partner agreement shows a different rate, that individual rate applies to your eligible invoices.
1. Attribution
An approved partner receives a personal code. A valid referral cookie may be stored for up to 12 months. Attribution is attached when a new customer registers with the latest valid code and cannot later be reassigned. Self-referrals are not eligible.
2. Eligible commission
The current standard commission is 30% of the real net subscription amount paid and settled through Stripe, excluding taxes, refunds, discounts, credits and chargebacks. It applies only to eligible paid subscription invoices during the first 12 months after the referred customer’s first paid invoice. Trials, free accounts, failed or unpaid invoices do not create commission.
3. Review and corrections
Each commission remains pending for 30 days. Full or partial refunds and chargebacks reduce or reverse the related commission. If a correction occurs after payout, it may be offset against future commission. The dashboard ledger is the source of record.
4. Payouts
Available commission rolls forward until the 50 € minimum is reached. Complete and accurate payout, identity and tax information is required. Payouts are manually reviewed and are recorded with the real PayPal or bank transaction reference. Partners are responsible for their own taxes and invoices where required.
5. Customer information
The dashboard shows only the customer information needed to verify attribution and subscription status. Customer email addresses are masked. Partners must not attempt to identify, contact or misuse referred-customer data obtained through the dashboard.
6. Prohibited promotion
Spam, misleading claims, trademark bidding without written permission, cookie stuffing, fake accounts, self-referrals and any manipulation of clicks, signups or payments are prohibited. Fraudulent or invalid activity does not earn commission.
7. Suspension and termination
Tareno may suspend an account while suspected fraud or a payment dispute is reviewed. On ordinary termination, valid commission already accrued remains payable and eligible existing referrals continue under their original commission term. Fraud, abuse or a material breach may invalidate affected commission.
8. Changes and records
Material changes apply prospectively and will be communicated through the program or dashboard. They do not retroactively remove valid accrued commission. Event timestamps, Stripe payment records, refund and dispute records, and payout references are used to resolve discrepancies.
