How do I connect Tareno to Manus?
Connect Tareno through Manus's custom MCP option with the Tareno endpoint and OAuth, signing in with your own Tareno account. We tested this path ourselves.
Connect Manus through the custom MCP path
1
Open the custom MCP option
In Manus, find the place where you add your own MCP connection. Manus documents it as custom MCP, and it is the path we tested.
2
Enter the Tareno endpoint
Name the connection Tareno, enter the hosted endpoint from the MCP docs page and choose OAuth. A connection that asks for a pasted token is the wrong setup for this guide.
3
Authenticate with your own account
Follow the redirect to Tareno and approve the permissions with the account that owns your social profiles. Do not use shared or reviewer credentials, since the drafts will land in that workspace.
4
Test with a task that only reads
Give Manus a first task: list my connected social accounts and report what you found, creating nothing. If accounts appear, the connection works, and you can hand over the research task.
Review text, media, account, and time in Tareno and approve.
What suits a long-running agent
A single prompt is a poor fit for work that needs sources, comparison and a finished plan. These two jobs suit Manus, and each has its own workflow page with prompts.
01
Approved research becomes a sourced LinkedIn point of view
Give Manus the sources you have approved, the expert opinion you want to put forward and the audience. It compares the sources, writes a LinkedIn draft whose claims point back to them, and returns a short research brief next to the post so a reviewer can verify each statement in minutes.
02
Turn approved sources into ideas
Give Manus approved source links, an audience and a brief. Ask it to suggest original content ideas and show which source supports each claim. Review the links and verify the evidence yourself, then ask Manus to save the ideas you select as drafts in Tareno for your final review.
03
An asset folder becomes an Instagram caption review plan
Give Manus the approved asset folder, the campaign dates and the brand brief. It lists the assets through your media library, proposes a caption for each, and returns a review table that pairs file, caption and planned date, with every pair saved as a draft for your decision in Tareno.

01
Check the connection
Use Tareno to list my connected social accounts with platform and account name, and report what you found. Create, schedule and publish nothing. Tell me which account you would use for a LinkedIn post about topic.
02
Research to LinkedIn draft
Read these approved sources: URLs with dates. Compare them, note where they disagree, and write one LinkedIn post for audience that puts forward this view: expert opinion. Attach a brief that lists the source of every claim, then save the post as a draft through Tareno.
03
Caption review for a campaign
Use Tareno to find these approved assets in the media library: filenames. For the campaign dates dates and this brand brief brief, propose one Instagram caption per asset. Return a table with file, caption and date, and save every pair as a draft for Instagram account.
04
Research digest on request
Read the sources in list, summarize what changed for audience in five bullet points and draft one LinkedIn post from the most important change. Save only the draft through Tareno and never request a publishing time without asking me first. I will send this prompt again whenever I want a new digest.
05
Turn approved sources into ideas
Give Manus approved source links, an audience and a brief. Ask it to suggest original content ideas and show which source supports each claim. Review the links and verify the evidence yourself, then ask Manus to save the ideas you select as drafts in Tareno for your final review.
All Manus guides
One guide for every network this agent can work with in Tareno, each with its own example, prompts and limits.
Scheduling, publishing, edits to scheduled posts and deletions create approval actions in Tareno. Manus can request them but cannot approve them.
Long autonomous tasks make mistakes in sources too. Ask Manus to attach the source of every claim, and verify the ones that matter before you approve a post.
Manus works with the accounts connected in your Tareno workspace. A profile that is not connected there is invisible to it.
Use your own Tareno account for the connection. Shared or reviewer credentials belong to a different purpose and should never be pasted into a task.
Manus and the other cloud agents
Manus favors longer autonomous work that ends in a finished result. Grok Bot starts from live research and social context, and research assistants in general focus on cited answers. For Tareno the pattern is the same: the agent produces drafts, Tareno stores them, and you approve any publication. Pick Manus when the job is a multi-step task with sources and a deliverable at the end.
Open the client's MCP server settings. Add Tareno with the HTTPS endpoint below using Streamable HTTP. This requires support for authenticated remote MCP, not just local stdio servers.
Choose OAuth, connect and sign in with your own Tareno account. Check the requested permissions. Refresh the client's tool list after authorization.
Run list_accounts first. Confirm the returned workspace and account IDs before creating a draft. If no accounts appear, connect a social account in Tareno first.

Use the same Tareno account across supported clients. Open the relevant setup guide for authentication, first use, reconnect, and revocation.
Can Manus write LinkedIn posts from research it has done?
Yes. Give it approved sources, the view you want to put forward and the audience, and it drafts a post with a source brief. It saves the draft through Tareno, where you verify the claims and decide whether to request a time.
How do I connect Tareno in Manus?
Use the tested custom MCP connection in Manus with OAuth and your own Tareno account. Availability depends on your Manus plan and workspace permissions. After connecting your own Tareno account, run list_accounts and check the returned profiles before creating a draft or requesting a publishing time.
Does Manus need an API key for Tareno?
No. The custom connection uses OAuth, so Manus stores the authorization after you sign in with your Tareno account. Do not paste a key or a token into a task or a prompt, because the sign-in is handled by the client.
Can Manus publish to Instagram on its own?
No. Scheduling and publishing requests become approval actions in Tareno. Instagram receives a post only after you approve it in the dashboard, and Manus can report the pending state but cannot change it.
Can Manus plan Instagram captions from a folder of assets?
It can list the assets in your Tareno media library, propose a caption and a date for each and save the pairs as drafts. You compare each image with its caption in Tareno before you ask for a time.
How do I know Manus used my sources correctly?
Ask for a brief that names the source of each claim and keep it next to the draft. Compare the claims with the sources before approval. Tareno stores the text Manus sends, but it cannot judge whether a claim is correct.
What if Manus cannot find my social accounts?
Manus sees only profiles connected in your Tareno workspace. Connect the missing profile in the Tareno dashboard, then ask Manus to list the accounts again, ideally in a fresh task so that the tool list is current.
How is Manus different from Grok Bot for Tareno?
Manus is built for longer autonomous tasks with a deliverable, while Grok Bot leans on live research. Both can reach Tareno through a custom remote MCP connection, and both leave every publishing decision to you.
