TroubleshootingWhy did my channel disconnect?
It can be frustrating when a channel asks to be reconnected. This is almost always a security measure enforced by the social network itself.
Common Triggers for Disconnection:
- You changed your password on Facebook/Instagram.
- You enabled 2FA on the account recently.
- A security "Token Refresh" is required (usually every 60-90 days for business accounts).
- A team member removed Tareno's permissions in the social network's Apps settings.
The Fix: Navigate to Channels, find the account with the red error icon, and click "Reconnect". You just need to log in once via the popup, and all your scheduled content will resume immediately.
